Ruger SR22 USP-style thread cover

A friend had accuracy problems on his SR22, due to the slide having too much play.

I was inspired by HK's use of an o-ring on their USP and machined a piece of 4140 into some kind of a muzzle break that also doubles as a slide centering device, using a small o-ring for perfect centering.
